At Held Doula Care, I provide continuous birth and postpartum support rooted in compassion, reassurance, and evidence-based care. I serve families across southeastern Wisconsin, including West Bend, Fond du Lac, Hartford, Mequon, Port Washington, Sheboygan, Oshkosh, Beaver Dam, Menomonee Falls, and surrounding communities. Whether you’re planning a hospital, home, medicated, or unmedicated birth, my role is to help you feel confident, supported, and heard.

Booking Process
Here’s how working with me typically flows:

Free Consultation

A relaxed conversation to get to know each other, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

Verbal Commitment & Courtesy Hold

After your consultation, I can temporarily hold a spot for your due month while you decide. This is a short courtesy hold and does not guarantee your spot.

First Prenatal Visit = Official Booking

Your due-month spot is officially reserved once the deposit is received and the doula services agreement is signed at your first prenatal visit.

We aim to schedule this visit within approximately three weeks of your verbal commitment.

Second Prenatal Visit

Focused on preparation, comfort measures, advocacy, and your birth plan.

Final payment due by 34 weeks (payment plans may be available)

Labor & Postpartum Support

Continuous support during labor and your postpartum visit scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

Due Month Policy and Waitlist

I only support 1–2 families per month, so once spots are filled, I cannot accept additional families for that month.

Families interested in full months may be added to a waitlist. Priority is based on the order of requests.

If a spot opens, the first waitlisted family will be contacted and given a limited time to confirm with a signed contract and deposit.
